Leadership, Success, and Communication Coaching
Be kind. Be true. Be gracious.
Let your voice blossom.
Share how you feel.
Say what you need to say.
The most difficult communications to understand are the words that were never spoken.Sometimes people think they conveyed information because their thoughts were rehearsed in their head. We're so often afraid of how a message will land, or make us look foolish that we forgo saying the words at all. Communication is one of the skills that marks a good leader, creates a great relationship, and bonds a friendship. The effort used to communicate kindly to another person is never wasted—even if the message appears to fall on deaf ears.
Communication is one of the most powerful tools that a person can have as a resource. When we're young, our communication tools are limited and we act out to express anger and disappointment. As we grow, we become more aware of our feelings and ability to share in a meaningful and constructive way and learn more effective ways to be heard. Some people take years to develop constructive communication approaches like asking, setting boundaries, and using empathy to communicate. I will help you or your team develop these skills to have successful conversations to reach desired goals.
Gratitude is perhaps the kingpin of all communication. It can change perspectives and attitudes, heal relationships, and set the tone for a fulfilling life. Coaching can re-frame how you view negative circumstances. A heart of gratitude views a world full of abundance rather than a world that is lacking. When you concentrate on what you have, there is no room to think about what you don’t have. Expressing gratitude for the people in your life will not only enrich their lives, but it will enhance your own. If you are hung up on a negative story you tell yourself from the past, I can help you rewrite the story to reframe your perception and change your attitude. A tiny little tweak can bring much joy to your life.
Be kind and generous with your words. Part of living life without regrets is living in the moment and sharing with others how you feel. I help people find ways to let others know they are valued and appreciated at home and at work.
I help people organize their thoughts, align their words, and land a positive constructive message for difficult conversations, to help them get the outcome they desire.
